- 565 per day (about Rs 16 thousand 950 per month) will be paid on a daily basis.
Age Limit
- Applicants age should be between 18-40 years for home guard job.
Qualification Details
- At least eight pass can apply for home guard job. Also the applicant should be able to read and write in Bengali.

Others Qualification
- For men, minimum height should be 160 cm and weight should be at least 51 kg.
- For women, minimum height should be 152 cm and weight should be at least 44 kg.

- These home guards will be appointed in total eight police stations including Shalbani, Debra, Kotyali, Kharagpur Local, Datan in West Midnipur district.
